Energy Leadership Index Assessment
The Energy Leadership Index (ELI) is an attitudinal assessment tool that provides insight into how you show up in various aspects of your life in normal situations and when under stress. It measures:

your ability to lead people, including yourself

your ability to take positive, productive, and sustainable action.

how engaged you are in your roles and tasks on the job and at home
This package includes the ELI assessment accompanied by a 90 minute debrief session to review the details of your assessment results
One on One Private Coaching
One on one private coaching includes 12 sessions that are 45-50 minutes in length and typically spread out over 3 to 4 months. The program includes an Energy Leadership Index Assessment. We debrief your results during the first session. At the beginning of the program we outline the goal you want to achieve and work toward achieving that goal in our time together
Corporate Team Coaching
Corporate Team Coaching is a completely customizable package for a team of 5-10 people that includes ELI Assessments and debrief sessions for groups or individuals and incorporates one on one private coaching. This package is intended for a leader and leadership team with the goal of materially scaling the business and the need to perform optimally to do so. Team coaching enables each member to recognize blocks that are preventing them from performing at top levels and leads to improved overall team performance.
